PRIVACY NOTICE.
How BRABA LIVE handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 22 September 2026.
WHO CONTROLS THE DATA.
BRABA LIVE controls the personal information submitted through this website for the purpose of reviewing and responding to business inquiries. Contact: works@braba.live. The exact legal-entity identification used in contracts and invoices should be inserted here before final legal sign-off.
WHAT THE FORM RECEIVES.
Name, work email, company, market, the business problem you describe, optional timing, technical request data required to deliver the form, and any information you choose to include in your message.
WHY WE USE IT.
We use inquiry data to review potential projects, respond to requests, take steps toward a possible business relationship, protect the website from abuse and maintain necessary business records. Depending on the context, the relevant GDPR basis may include steps requested before entering a contract and BRABA's legitimate interests in managing business inquiries and website security.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT.
Inquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to assess and manage the request, any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. BRABA should document a specific operational retention schedule before final legal sign-off.
WHO MAY PROCESS IT.
The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms for inquiry capture when enabled in production. Google Fonts is currently used to load selected typefaces, and jsDelivr is currently used to deliver GSAP and ScrollTrigger. Email and notification providers may process inquiry data when BRABA responds or configures form notifications.
WHEN DATA LEAVES THE EEA.
Some infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers should rely on an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and the provider's contractual safeguards.
WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to works@braba.live.
SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. For Italy, the relevant authority is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
HOW THE SITE IS PROTECTED.
BRABA applies website-level security controls and limits the information requested by the form. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
PROJECT INQUIRIES ARE NOT A NEWSLETTER.
Submitting the project form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. A newsletter should only be introduced with its own operation, consent or other applicable lawful basis, and unsubscribe controls.
